II. Hourly Rates
Basic Hourly Rate: $225
This rate applies to all matters except
- Where a flat fee applies or
- Where the client is making a securities offering or other
matters involving significant federal securities law issues.
Special Hourly Rate: $225
This rate applies to securities
offerings and other matters involving significant federal securities
law issues.
Your engagement letter will clearly specify whether
a fixed rate applies, whether the basic rate applies or whether
the special rate applies. I try to give our clients the best deal
possible.
III. Pre-paid Plans
Pre-paid plans for companies (excluding SEC reporting
companies)
| Plan A |
Under Plan A, you are entitled to up to three
hours of professional legal time each month. The cost is $150
per month, with a one-year commitment. This is a great deal
for small businesses. |
| Plan B |
Under Plan B, you are entitled to up to 6 hours
of professional legal time each month. The cost is $450
per month, with a one-year commitment. |
Under pre-paid Plans A and B, additional time is billed
at $225 per hour. Pre-paid fees are payable semiannually in advance.
Pre-paid plans for SEC reporting companies
| Plan C |
Under Plan C, you are entitled to up to three
hours of professional legal time each month. The cost is $450
per month, with a one-year commitment. This is a great deal
for small, SEC reporting companies. |
| Plan D |
Under Plan D, you are entitled to up to 6 hours
of professional legal time each month. The cost is $600
per month, with a one-year commitment. |
Under a pre-paid Plans C and D, additional time
is billed at $225
per hour.
